REFUND and EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer an exchange (store credit) for items which do not fit provided contact is made by email within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in original condition (all tags attached) before credit will be issued.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on skincare products because of the nature of those products. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason please email us and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

All New Zealand placed orders will be shipped with tracking, rates are calculated at checkout. Allow 1-3 days for NZ shipping. International orders are not tracked by default (if you do wish to have an item sent to you by courier internationally please email me for a quote: firstname.lastname@example.org), rates are calculated at checkout.
We make small batches of our skincare products and we don't always have pre-made items ready. We do our best to process and ship orders within 48 hours, but please allow up to 3 days for orders to be shipped. If you would like your order by a certain date please either email us or make a note at checkout and we will rush your order.
